Follow the votes. Recorded votes and sponsorships on HOA bills, from azleg.gov — tagged pro-homeowner or pro-industry, each with the roll call.

Weigh the record. Money is context; the votes and public record are what count. Media coverage of whether a member helped or hindered homeowners factors in. The grade is labeled opinion, sitting on the sourced facts.
