how we grade the money side
The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) is the HOA-management industry’s trade association — and, through its PAC, the one entity that puts the management industry’s own name on campaign checks: $8,250 to 16 legislators. It is funded by its member management companies (listed below) and it retains Veridus to lobby. It is the hub where the management companies’ dues become political money and lobbying muscle. Grade D.
