Arizona Association of Community Managers PAC (AACM-PAC)

The HOA-management industry’s own political action committee
Our assessment opinion / fair comment

The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) is the HOA-management industry’s trade association — and, through its PAC, the one entity that puts the management industry’s own name on campaign checks: $8,250 to 16 legislators. It is funded by its member management companies (listed below) and it retains Veridus to lobby. It is the hub where the management companies’ dues become political money and lobbying muscle. Grade D.

The management companies behind it

AACM member management companies — their dues and support fund this trade association’s PAC and lobbying. Each links to its own page.
