Specific records to request (one per line — each becomes a numbered item)

Add a redaction clause — let the HOA redact other owners’ identifying info, but require the full unredacted records (all amounts, dates & letter text) for everything else

Add anti-delay language — closes the common stalls (no internal form required; includes records held by the management company; itemize any “exempt” records & produce the rest; scope objections in writing don’t pause the clock; no improper fees) and reserves your remedies
