Applicability
In plain English: This chapter of Arizona law applies to every condominium in the state, no matter when it was created. As a unit owner, the rules in this chapter govern your condominium even if it was built before the law was written.
33-1201. Applicability
This chapter applies to all condominiums created within this state without regard to the date the condominium was created.
