In plain English: The developer is allowed to keep sales offices, management offices, and model units in the condominium's units or common elements while selling. This is not permitted if the declaration prohibits it or if another law or local ordinance forbids it.
33-1225. Use for sale purposes
A declarant may maintain sales offices, management offices and models in units or on common elements in the condominium unless:
1. The declaration provides otherwise.
2. Such use is prohibited by another provision of law or local ordinances.
