A.R.S. § 33-1207

Condominiums

Severability

Condominiums · Text verified 2026-07-25

In plain English: If a court finds any part of this chapter invalid, the rest of the chapter still stands and continues to apply. The provisions are treated as separable so that one struck-down piece does not undo the whole law.

33-1207. Severability

If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
