Our assessment opinion / fair comment
Homeowner-side firm. The Bainbridge Law Firm (Mark Bainbridge, Scottsdale) says it "routinely represents individual homeowners involved in homeowner association (HOA) disputes" — defending owners sued by their association over architectural changes, assessments, fines, pets, parking and short-term rentals. It notes it "also provides counsel and representation for select homeowner associations," largely conflict-of-interest referrals. Because it primarily takes the owner’s side and does not run assessment collections for boards, it earns an A- — a notch below the homeowner-only firms only for that select association work.
