HOA-side firm — represents associations only. In its own words, "We do not represent homeowners" and it "focuses ... on serving one type of client and serving them well: HOAs," work that includes "collecting fees and fines" and pursuing "a difficult collection from a delinquent homeowner." On our homeowner lens, an association-side firm whose practice runs assessment collections against owners earns a D-.
