Our assessment opinion / fair comment
General real-estate firm, homeowner-leaning. HagEstad Law Group (Surprise, AZ; also Montana) handles real-estate disputes for property owners and lists "HOA or CC&R conflicts" among the matters it takes — "use restrictions, fines, architectural rules, rental limits, maintenance duties, or enforcement actions." It represents owners, not associations, and does not run board-side collections. But HOA work is incidental to a broad real-estate practice rather than a specialty, so it rates a B on the homeowner lens — a solid owner-side option, not a dedicated HOA firm.
