This is the money the HOA industry puts into the members who write HOA law: the Arizona Association of Community Managers PAC (AACM-PAC); the personal campaign giving of the lobbyists at Veridus, the firm AAM and the management industry retain at the Capitol; and homebuilder / developer PAC money. Every gift below is itemized from the AZ Secretary of State’s “See The Money” portal. Under our grading this money weighs against the grade in proportion to the dollar amount — money is a reward for support and buys access, and we don’t pretend otherwise.
