Our assessment opinion / fair comment
Represents both homeowners and associations. HOA-disputes page frames representation neutrally for both sides: 'Either a homeowner or the association is permitted to petition the Department' and the firm can help 'either in drafting a complaint or in challenging one'; firm 'represent[s] buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, trustees, guarantors, shareholders, partners, and others.' Not dedicated to homeowners against HOAs. On our homeowner lens, a firm that will take either side lands at a neutral C on the homeowner lens.
