Voting agreements
In plain English: This section allows two or more members to agree in advance on how they will vote by signing a written voting agreement. Unless the agreement itself says otherwise, such an agreement can be specifically enforced, meaning a court can require the parties to vote as they agreed.
10-3731. Voting agreements
A. Two or more members may provide for the manner in which they will vote by signing an agreement for that purpose.
B. Unless otherwise provided in the voting agreement, a voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
